Rails Developer

We're looking for truly talented and passionate Ruby on Rails engineers who love building great products for millions of people. You're not afraid to tackle any problem that may be in your way. Requirements:

• One year or more of experience developing Ruby on Rails
• Strong mastery of writing SQL for high performance (Experience with NoSQL solutions like MongoDB, CouchDB and Cassandra a big plus)
• High proficiency with caching (both app-level memcache and reverse proxying), offline/asynchronous queuing, and building fault-tolerant, highly scalable systems
• Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science preferred but not required
